Central Hersonissos Hotel

Breakfast and dinner were very good, and you could also sit outside and relax. There weren't many seats inside, though. The hotel is divided into two buildings, so you might have to change buildings (across the street) to get to reception or eat your meals. But that didn't bother me. The manager also lends a hand, whether at dinner or at reception late in the evening. All the staff are very polite and take good care of the hotel guests. I was even spoken to in German once or twice. The staff could have asked me about drinks at dinner, but I'm not deducting a point for that. Perhaps it's intended that hotel guests eat in peace and approach the staff about it themselves. The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away. The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable.

The service was very attentive and considerate. We had an early flight on our last day, and the store prepared a loving breakfast for us in advance. We will continue to choose it next time we come here! !

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot, il est vrai... Les chambres aussi, et la climatisation est fatiguée. Par contre, les personnel est disponible, sympathique et souriant. Le buffet propose de la nourriture bien préparée et variées. Le prix des boissons est raisonnable. L’hôtel se trouve en retrait de la route principale, donc plus silencieux et à une petite 100taine de mètres de la plage.

Das Hotel Central liegt etwa 200 m entfernt von der Hauptstraße. So bekommt man vom Trubel nichts mit, ist aber schnell dort und am Strand. Es gibt 100m weiter einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist in ein Haupt-und ein Nebengebäude unterteilt. Im Hauptgebäude befinden sich Rezeption (24h), Speiseraum direkt am Pool und Bar. Wir kamen sehr spät an (1 Uhr), wurden freundlich empfangen. Außerdem bekamen wir noch eine Mahlzeit und ein Getränk. Im Nebengebäude gibt es einen kleinen, älteren Aufzug. Der brachte uns in die 2. Etage. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, hatte einen Balkon zur Straße, war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist nicht ganz neu, aber ok. Die Dusche mit Tuch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Bade-und Handtücher sowie das Betttuch wurden jeden 2. Tag gewechselt. Die Reinigung wurde von einer Dame sehr sorgfältig durchgeführt. Das Frühstück, sowie das Abendessen war sehr gut. Typisch griechisches Essen. Morgens gab es Fetakäse, Wurst, Schinken, aber auch baked beans, Bratkartoffeln, Eier, süßes Gebäck, griechischen Joghurt usw. Abends war die Qualität unterschiedlich. Manchmal gab es leckere Fleischgerichte und Fisch. Immer Pommes Frites und Nudeln. Die Getränke sind gut und nicht sehr teuer. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
